Printed to order, sent tracked.
Dispatch
Every tote is printed after you order. Bags leave the studio within 3–5 working days; during launches and holidays this can stretch to 7. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Rates & delivery
Domestic delivery is 4–6 working days. International delivery is 7–14 working days, tracked, with duties collected by your local carrier where applicable. Exact rates are calculated at checkout from your address.
Returns on custom prints
Because each bag carries text you chose, personalized orders can't be resold and are final sale. Please double-check spelling, spacing, and typeface on the live preview before adding to your bag.
Faults & mistakes
If the print doesn't match your order, or the canvas or stitching is faulty, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost, or refund in full.
Care
Cold hand wash, inside out, no bleach. Line dry away from direct sun. Iron on the reverse only, never over the print.
